DAT vs science gpa

would it be worth it for me to take an extra science course (gonna be expensive) to increase my current gpa? my science gpa is 3.29 but after i take the course it can be 3.31. or should i just focus on dat? my overall gpa is 3.41

What is this extra science course that costs so much (or I guess it just costs money generally)? What biomedical science courses have you already taken (and grades)?
