Hey, If I am an private tutor, what should I write as the name of my supervisor: Can I write self employed?

Also, I just received a job offer at my school that does not start until this fall semester. Can I still put this under work experience and just state the expected start date?

I also do not know how many hours I have tutored for. I have been tutoring for 3+ years.
