OK so you can only take the DAT 3 times and if you wanna take it more you need permission. is that right? (someone said you can take it 4 times?!)

3 times is the max without permission from the ADA. The posteer on the Pre-Dental forum is wrong (RDH).

In order to get permission you have to submitt a letter(s) from a professor basically vouching for you.

yea u gotta get a doctor to do a cat scan n make sure ur not brain dead if u want to take it the 4th time. JK no one get offended this is a joke. u do gotta get permission from ada....i heard its cuz they dont want testing companies to have ppl take it so many times that they memorize the questions, prolly rumor tho
