I was just PMing with tomato89 about a similar topic. My vote is to use the AAMC website of previous prompts, and start from there. Brainstorm things you know enough about to write 3 significant lines of analysis on, and chug away.

Example: Anytime there's talk about politics and morals, I bring up Bill Clinton. You may laugh, but it earned me a S on my last MCAT. 🙂
