My vote is to use the AAMC website of previous prompts, and start from there. Brainstorm things you know enough about to write 3 significant lines of analysis on, and chug away. http://www.aamc.org/students/mcat/preparing/writingsampleitems.htm Example: Anytime there's talk about politics and morals, I bring up Bill Clinton.
