I'm surprised at the level of detail of their physio questions.

I only could answer some of them because I took an advanced physiology upper div, but there were other topics I've never learned.

For those of you that have taken the actual DAT already, are these questions typical or atypical?

When i took my DAT in 2009, that time i didn't even take A&P; all i knew abt it was minor things from CLiffnotes.. I still pulled up a 20 on it. It's very basic and you have to apply your knowledge of basic biology..
I didn't have any question about physiology I think..... They were weird questions that i had no idea off and i was just making educated guesses...
😀

its very possible. i had a few questions that i only got right because i saw them on datqvault. use that site to its full advantage.

You don't need to take A&P courses for the DAT. Just review the Barron's notes. I took DAT last year and I had a question on aqueous humor (vision system). My neuro class saved my ass for that question. Biology can be very random, I had tons of questions from ecology and evolution, my least favorite topics.
