I took 2007 Dat today and my converted scores are
Bio21
gen chem 18 (IDK what happened, stupid mistakes 🙄 )
Ochem 23 (highest score yet!)
Pat 21. I average a 20 on crack the pat
reading 18 (i dont have my technique down yet. any suggestions would be great. Im a slow reader and forget the technical readings very quickly)
QR 20 ( i started with a 9. i have come a longggg way)
science average 20

I have heard the 2007 is way easier so idk what to think.

I have been using dat bootcamp.
Bio Qvault 18/18/20/19
and Ochem Quault 16/21
gen chem 20

destroyer QR 9/ 14/ 17/17
Pat (crack) 14/18/19/20/22/20

destroyer genchem and ochem kill my confidence i try to only do like 15 or so questions per section is it worth it to keep doing destroyer even if i get 50% wrong?

What should I do at this point? Just keep taking practice tests? My confidence is down and I need to work on timing. (that sounds like a little wayne song (dr. carter) anyone? :naughty: ) lol

also i try to go through every test and see what i did wrong. I am currently talking a full times test every other day...

sorry for the lack of grammar and spelling thats the last thing on my mind..

Keep doing destroyer. See where your mistakes are and try and learn from them.

I think you still have a long way to go since the 2007 sample DAT is really easy from what I've seen. You should be getting at least 27/30 for a chance at 20+ on the current DAT.

Looks like it's time to kick it into high gear. Those scores would be just fine on the 2009 DAT, but for the 2007 I think that's a bit low. It seems you don't know the material well enough. I would review more carefully and focus on the topics you're missing consistently. It's not about practice tests. You need to know the information. Destroyer is wrecking you? Good. Learn from your mistakes. Learn these concepts inside and out. Make no excuses for yourself. Don't think "Oh well I'll get that one next time" because you will not. Practice tests are diagnostic tools to highlight your weaknesses, and nothing more. You can get by completely fine without any of them if you learn the material.

Cute guinea pig.
