So I'm taking the DAT in about a day and a half and was wondering how I should spend the final day before? I've studied for just over a month and feel really confident that I know what I need too so am wondering if it's better to do one final overview or sit back and relax myself? Also, I don't know if I'm actually feeling too much confidence because I took the DAT a year ago and had no clue how serious it was so I only studied for 3 days and still managed 17 AA. I'm thinking that with now a month under my belt, I should be golden.

Thoughts...and thanks!!

Relax. That's the best thing to do. You can review for maybe an hour or two, but that's it.
I made the mistake of studying the day before and the day of the test... and it makes you reallllllly stressed out, paranoid, and your mind just blanks out... Things that were basic totally went blank for me. Good luck!

Definately review all the materials. Start to read Cliff's AP Bio from the chapter 1 and review all the Chad's video one more time. Do all the practice test once more and do not sleep the day before your test date.

Just kidding. Relax. Just forget everything for a day. Do what you like. If you feel confident, you will do fine on your DAT

I'm planning to go over some of the things I feel less confident with for only 3 hours or so the day before. Then I'm gonna go do something fun to get my mind off of it. I've spoken with people who really seem to think this is the best option.

Watch some porn

Eat some candy

Eat some Vitamin C. Studies have shown that it reduces anxiety.

If you are weak at QR, just go over the formulas once; If you've taken computerized practice tests, go to one test and review what you did wrong in BIO (maybe also CHEM's errors which were only related to basic formulas) . No more than that. Sleep or play some basketball or jog a little. Get your snacks ready for tomorrow.
