DC Dental License Application

Those of you who practice or plan to practice in DC, Do you know how long does it take to get a DC license? How does the application process work?
I tried to get info from their official website, but it's very confusing and inaccurate! One document link says one thing while another link says different things. I emailed, no response from them. I called, the lady on the phone didn't listen to what I asked, just repeated some general information again & again like an answering machine.
So, I would appreciate your input regarding the application process! Thanks!

I'm originally from MD and DC and I am familiar with their licensure but do not live there nor practice there. I have visited their site on occasion. I may be able to answere a question or two for you or direct you to some dentists I know, personally, in DC who can be of help. What is it that you do not understand about the application? I do understand about it being a bit confusing.
