I was wondering if anyone can tell me what's the difference between DDS and DMD. Is one better than the other? Thanks

oh goodness...again

Please do a search. This has been discussed many many times. But there is NO difference

Doctor of Dental Surgery ~ Doctor of Dental Medicine

Equivalent degrees with same rights and priveleges.

No difference. Except DDS is WAY better.

I might be a little bias. U of M = DDS.
