I was just wondering if anyone knows of schools that offer joint DDS/PhD programs and can help me compile a list of schools that provide this option?

I actually just found out about this today from the Dean of Research, but Harvard Dental School has a DMD/PhD program that you apply to in the 2nd year, and it funds the entire experience except for the first two years.
