if i m correct, i think md/phd usually earns more than md's right? is that true for dds/phd as well?

if anyone is doing dds/phd, can you tell me about your experiences?

Clinically and in private practice a PhD earns no more than a straight DDS/DMD or MD. Academically this might be a different story.

it depends on what you are using the degrees for. If you are a medical doctor, working say in the ER, or a practicing dentist, the phD really has no baring on the amount of money one makes. Possibly going into research or something could bring about the scenario of the more degrees the better
