When are we required to write our DEA number on rx? I've been writing it on all controlled substances (e.g. benzos, lortab).

That's what I do. Then again now we have this stamp thingy that we stamp all our scripts with...it has our name and DEA on it already. So for us it's sort of irrelevant.
