I was wondering if there are any benefits to going to Deakin university over Sydney or Queensland. Are residency spots merit-based in this area?

The campus is 1hr away from melbourne cbd. Usyd and Uq are more prestigious but a MD is a MD.
If youre from the US then UQ-Ochsner program may suit you better bc they have high residency match
