Dean's certification form???

Hey guys, for at least one of the schools I'm applying to, they require a dean's certification form. How do people go about doing this in the summer if they are not at their institution? Can I mail it to my dean and expect him to mail it to the medical school? or can they print it off direclty and mail it--i'm just not sure of the logistics of this.

If you're talking about MCW, I believe that form is for students currently in graduate programs (it says "if applicable"). If you're not talking about MCW, then I hope you are able to find your answer!

Nope, it's not MCW. I can't remember off the top of my head--Columbia, maybe?

Having just got the email from Wash U, my plan was to email the Dean's office and ask (they should still be at work, or at least an assistant will be). I'll try to email it as an attachment, and I'm sure they have enough free envelopes to send it off for you. After all, they want to see you succeed too!

pretty sure it's washu you're talking about... I emailed the dean's office along with an attachment of that form... they printed it out, filled out and sent it, etc...

that's exactly what I did.... scanned it as jpg...downloaded one of those programs online that convert anything to PDF...

there's a free program called PDF995 which I used back then...
