Does anyone know if UT-Houston does acceptances all day? Or is there a specific time they accept?

I heard Houston is automatic sometime around 7-8am, San Antonio is automatic at 12am, and Texas A&M is one by one starting at 12am. All by email. I am not sure if it will stay the same this year
