For anyone thats been around here for more than one cycle Whats it like on Dec 1st on here? Is it just a bunch of people saying Im going here or there?

It's already like that right now....I'm interviewing here, I'm interviewing there..........I got rejected here and there 😀

Leading up to midnight on Nov. 30th, everyone's online posting ("38 minutes to go!!!!") and in the wee hours the few who hear at midnight post a million times and have a bit of celebration/sadness.

Then there are 2-3 days of pure agony as people wait for the actual letters.

So honestly, there is very little that happens on the actual first, since AADSAS updates at midnight for most schools that will bother with it. Quite funny!


At least, that's how it was last year....

youll see some trends on dec. 1st and be able to tell which schools notified people and which havent. a lot of people will get mail during the week of dec. 1st bc of the time it takes for mail to get to them, so the whole week is nuts.

Hmm, I'll be traveling back home from my UOP interview on December 1st. Won't be home until the afternoon, I hope I don't miss all of the excitement 😉

I only heard from Buffalo from their web site (though I think this year they're going through AADSAS as well.) Last year AADSAS sucked with updating...

AADSAS updates . . . LOL. Only 20% of my interviews are listed on AADSAS. I think it's worthless, as far as keeping us up to date with the progress of our apps.

That's just the earliest date schools can let you know if you're in or not. They can leave you hanging as long as they want.

Yeah, go check out the MCAT forum...scores were just released for my buddy at like 9pm last night. It's pretty psycho. People are already trying to study for the next one.

I found that only the schools who started with AADSAS finished with them. What a disappointment!
