I'm working at a FRED and an RN anciently gave 30 mg of decadron instead of 10 mg. I haven't been able to find a toxic dose for the medication. Does anyone in the tox world know if a one time dose of Decadron 30 mg IM, would cause any life threatening problems in an otherwise healthy patient ~60yo?

Thank you for the reassurance. I typically never use doses that high!
