Seems like you've thought very deeply about these schools. Hopkins seems like the clear winner to me based on your pros and cons. Hard to beat guaranteed full COA + p/f all 4 years.

I've found that the most meaningful factors that influence mental wellbeing have a lot more to do with curriculum structure than stated support.

And by that, I'm saying it's a lot more helpful for mental health to have p/f clerkships than it is to have admins who are nice and supportive, but still having graded clerkships.
