Echoing what others here say about Cornell. Easily worth another potential $50-100k in debt I would say, especially if you're interested in competitive specialties.
The lack of a home hospital at Brown is a pretty big red flag to me, because clinical sites and rotations are probably going to be the biggest things in your memory when you look back on your med school experience as a graduating MS4 or resident. Having a residency program at that home base hospital/health system is also probably the single biggest thing that will give you some peace of mind during the residency application process. I'd try to get in contact with some MS3s/4s at Brown and ask about their experiences and compare them with Hofstra.
Disclaimer that I'm very familiar with one of the schools (lol) but don't know too much about Brown. I might be just speaking from a perspective of ignorance but the stuff I've heard about Brown basically is along the lines of how their medical school is surprisingly mediocre compared to their undergrad reputation, and how the Brown PLME BS/MD program is a trap compared to the ones at Pitt or Northwestern (using their undergrad reputation to leverage promising premeds into commiting to their somewhat less stellar medical school). Obviously, this is a rather ivory tower-ish perspective and all 3 of these medical schools are great in the grand scheme of things, but this is just what I've heard.
