Deciding when to take DAT

I have a question about when to take DAT tho.

My DAT is scheduled on 9/2/09 and I think I am gonna apply for dental school in 2011 cycle (May 2011?)

Is my DAT still be valid when I apply in 2011?

I am gonna be a junior and need 1.5 semester to satisfy the requirement for my major (microbiology)

Let me have some inputs about this matter

Most schools accept DAT from last 3 years. I have even seen some schools accept from last 5 years. So yes, you can take it this sept. Take it whenever you are prepared. Only two years will have passed in 2011.
