Hey. Whats up, well I'm a second year student currently a Life-Sciences/Bio major. For most of my life, since I can remember I have wanted to become a Physician. But first semester in college I got a D in Chem II. I am currently retaking the course and hope to do well. But since then I have been scared to apply to any med schools in fear of regection becuase of this grade, all of my other grades are good though (Gen Bio I - II: B, B) (Gen Chem I: B) (Embryology: B+) So after the horrible Chem II class I decided to go the pre-dental route instead, but recently my mind and heart have been telling me I should just pursure my dream of being a peditrician, but I'm wondering if a have any chance of making it. I want to be realisitc and practical. If anyone can give me some advice that would be great. Thank you so much🙂

You will be fine. Become a doctor if that is your dream. Retake the class, get some good clinical experience, and do well on the MCAT and you will be fine. Good luck! :luck:

Ask anybody out there, Pre-dental route is NOT any easier. You will be fine. There are many students who get into medical school with horrible grades. Good Luck
