Decisions: Downstate vs Einstein

Hi, 🙂

I am completely going crazy. I know that both schools [Downstate and Einstein] are supposed to give a good education and good clinical] but Einstein has a greater rep while at the same time the price diff is painful.
I appreciate any advice - please!!!

if money isnt that much of an issue..i would go to einstein. einstein i believe is a whole lot better than downstate. a bunch of my friends are at einstein and they love it. i got a friend at downstate. he says its aight. the area is rough too. but i think overall einstein is pretty damn good. go there. plus it would open up a spot at downstate for someone like me..who's only on the waiting lists 😀

Einstein. I've got friends there too, and I don't think I've met happier students. Plus their clinicals are tight. I didn't get the same warm and fuzzy feeling at Downstate (even thought the clinical exposure is ridiculous), but maybe it was just me.
