Decisions for Non-Rolling Schools?

So the non-rolling schools (Yale, Columbia, Cornell, etc.) send their acceptances on various dates...do they send wait list notices and rejections on those same dates? Thanks!

I think they send out acceptances first..then the batch of rejections and waitlists come later..
