Hi,

I was wondering if I decline an offer to work as a RPh for a retail company now due to my circumstance - but a working relationship could still be a possibility in the future - are my chances of working with them again greatly diminished due to my actions now?

It depends on the market, the way you turn them down, why you turn them down and the people involved....

I'm wondering about why you applied in the first place. If you live in a big city, it is already hard to find a retail position after graduation. If you're an intern for a retail company and do well during your school years, then it greatly increases your chances of landing a job. Unless you have a really good reason of why you applied and all of a sudden can't have the job, then I would stick with them.
