I want to decline my admissions into LECOM Bradenton, but will I be penalized? I recently got accepted into USC from off the waitlist, whatshould I do?

You will probably lose whatever deposit you paid. You should let them know as soon as possible so they may give your seat to a waiting applicant.

Just like the previous poster stated, you will lose you deposit. Let them know as soon as possible so they can get someone else in there and that person can begin the paperwork and financial aid process. I have a friend who declined bradenton, they wrote a brief letter and sent it out ASAP after they were chosen from a waitlist from another school.

I would send them a quick decline letter so they can give other a chance off their wait list. That's what i did.

hey illa,so u r declining lecom bradenton, huh? I am waitlisted there and very curiously waiting about acceptance letter. I ama trying to be positive, although i know chances to get in out of waitlist is very few.

I called Katie Seamon today and told her I will not be attending LECOM Bradenton so hopefully the seat can go too someone eles, Good luck everyone!🙂

My friend just sent a letter that they should be receiving tuesday or wednesday. So that means there will be 2 spots open on the waiting list. If I were you I would call them, write them, and do whatever you can to let them know that you are interested in going there.
