Hello
I have a bachelor degree in pharmacy from another country . I started my equivalency and passed the 1st exam a year ago and struggling with toefl. the problem is i started to forget my pharmacy knowlege and when i see pharmacy prctise here it is more advanced, complicated and very different . I strted thinking if it is better to go to pharmacy school here in USA but everybody says that it is not worth it to pay alot of money and waste years again to get a degree that i already have ...
so what do you think is better ? I really started to feel hopless

There are so many new grads these days that you would compete against. I wouldn't hire you unless you went through pharmacy school here. Your best chance may be an independent. Go for med school or something else.

Is your Bachelor's degree actually transferable to the US? Most Bachelor's degrees are not, usually only advanced pharmacy degrees are transferable.

As for your situation, if your degree is transferable, than I think its better to go the transfer/testing route. You just need to get some good textbooks and study books, and ideally get a job working in a pharmacy as a technician.

Yes it is transferable and i already passed the first exam required in the degree transfer , and i am working as a tech but i am afraid that my bachelor degree ( after transfer ) will not get me a pharmacist job since everyone here has phd
