Where can I get information on post bacc programs that culminate in an undergrad degree. I have checked the aamc site but the 3 programs listed there dont have any information on the programs on their websites.

The definition of post-baccalaureate is "you already have a bachelors degree." Getting another bachelors isn't the point of a post-bac program.
If you want to complete an unfinished bachelors, you're supposed to either go back where you left off, or transfer to a new school. If you want a second bachelors, just about any school will let you do this. In most cases you have to submit an application.
