I work now as a Pharmacy Tech. I am currently going to community college to get my Associates Degree in Science, then i am going to transfer to a university to get my BA in Science. Does it matter that i took the first 2 years at a community college and not a university?

This question should have been asked BEFORE you started taking classes at a community college, but to answer your question, it's NO. If the answer was YES, all the community colleges wouldn't be around.
