I sent in my AACOMAS on June 15, and it was processed and mailed to schools by June 29. I started receiving secondaries in the beginning of July. However, due to financial reasons, I have only began sending them in this week, and will try to have most them (~15) finished within the next week. Does it look bad that I have waited 4-5 weeks to return secondaries? Or is this still within an acceptable time period? Thanks for any input, and good luck to everyone completing secondaries!

I am in the same boat as you.... So for our sake hopefully it doesn't look bad, however, I don't think it will be a problem for us as long as we get them in soooon. Ok back to the essay grind. Good Luck

I certainly hope not. I think you can send them in anytime before spring of next year if you so choose. However, there are a few schools that give you a couple of weeks from the day they notify you about the secondary application. I think MSUCOM has a deadline.

Few schools, if any, will scrutinize the turnaround time of the sceondary. Don't worry, just make sure you turn them in soon.

Unless they gave you a specific deadline, you are safe. It helps to send it in early so that your file is complete earlier, but I don't think they will look down on you for turning it in late.

By sending them in now you are still plenty early. Just check to make sure no one gave you a deadline on returning them. I'm not sure of any DO schools that do that, but there are a bunch of MD schools that want them back within two week
