I'll be living at the border and wonder does anybody know if it's possible to work as a physician in Canada after taking MCCQE and while completing a residency program in the US? Thank you for any insights. 🙂
No. In order to work in Canada, you need a full Canadian license. The only way to get a Canadian licence if you are training in the states is to fully complete and graduate from your US residency, then apply for a license based on equivalency. Once you are done training though, you can work in both countries if you get both licenses.
