You have a very good application and may be underselling yourself. I actually think those bolded schools are matches, not reaches, though you need to tell us which state you’re from. Depending on that Alabama, Colorado, UNC, Michigan State, FSU, Texas AM, and Minnesota will be assessed for suitability - as these are state schools with varying degrees of in state bias. Overall your list needs work and can be better streamlined.

From your current list, I would keep:

  • Dartmouth
  • George Washington
  • Georgetown
  • Temple
  • Rush
  • Tufts
  • Tulane
  • Emory
  • UCLA
  • Colorado
+ all your in state schools.

Better options to look into: Miami, Jefferson, Rochester, Einstein, Hofstra, Pitt, Sinai, OSU, Cincinnati, BU, USC, Wake Forest, USF, Case Western

For the following see if your GPA is greater than the 10th percentile; if so, it’s worth applying to a couple: Vanderbilt, Cornell, Northwestern, UChicago, Yale, Duke, any other “top 20”.

Have between 20-30 MD schools.

Apologies you two - I meant to mention that I am a Florida man so wanted to also include all of the Florida schools in my list.

I'm just a bit weary of applying to places where I don't even meet the 25th percentile GPA since I imagine many of those students have outstanding extra curricular activities, publications, etc, and I wouldn't stack up well against them. But if you think it's worth applying to those schools that I meet the 10th percent, then I'll certainly add them to a revised list. Thank you!

I suggest these schools with your stats:
Miami
USF Morsani
Florida State
U Florida
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
Central Florida
NOVA MD
Tulane
Emory
Vanderbilt
Duke
Jefferson
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
NYU
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Jefferson
Case Western
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Dartmouth
Boston University
Colorado
Kaiser
Since you are competitive for all your Florida schools you can aim high for the OOS schools.

Then you should apply to all Florida schools. Minnesota, Michigan State, Texas AM are likely low yield and can be better replaced with the above suggestions.
