I know this isn't what you want to hear, but this could have an effect on your chances of getting in. While it would be unprofessional for them to reject you because of this it wouldn't be hard for her to convince them that you're not a solid fit for the program. Telling the dean may be your only chance of getting ahead of it but they may decide to enroll others that don't come with the baggage of having beef with someone from the medical school. I'm not saying you made the wrong choice on reporting her but sometimes the right decision has unfair consequences. What if you take a class with her and she tries to sabotage you? I would consider going to another school for that reason alone.

She’s not going to forget this so just walk away from that idea.
If you really want to attend that school and you feel your are competitive then do what @Goro suggested. Talk to the Dean . You’ll get a feeling from the Dean if you should even apply.
Good luck.

Yes, let sleeping dogs lie. It has been very rare for anyone with big research endeavors to be on the adcom -- too great a demand on one's time. Furthermore, if you list your engagement with her lab on your application and have a LOR from her (if you list her you'll have to ask for a letter) then she is essentially shut down from having a role in voting for (or against) your admission.

We are expected to decline to interview or have any other say in the admission of people we know.

I am not even in the person's lab, rather was going to be a research participant in a study and PI was doing a lot of incorrect things like improper informed consent and the like.
Just curious, did you seek advice from experienced colleagues before reporting your concerns? Seems like a difficult situation.

Trying to get into one particular school is always a fool’s errand given how low acceptance rates are nowadays.

Ofc many people get into their top choices every year, but anxiety over one school is better utilized worrying about overall application
