Honestly I don't know of any. Those classes seem to be necessary for all pt schools. I would suggest taking it over the summer, or if you must find an online class. I would do everything you can to get that last pre req done. Can you do it the next semester? Most schools will allow you to still have a pre req or two to still complete while applying.

most schools require those chem and physics classes I have seen a lot of schools without Bio

I believe that Loma Linda allows you to choose a second semester of physics or second semester of chemistry.

Under the DPT - Only track, you are given the options

Option 1: General Chemistry with laboratory, complete sequence AND a minimum of 6 quarter-units of any Physics with laboratory. 6 quarter units translates to 4 semester units if I did my conversion correctly..
Option 2: General Physics with laboratory, complete sequence AND a minimum of two academic terms of any sequenced Chemistry with laboratory.

In your case, I think option 1 would work but I would also email the department and check to see if this would work for you. I am attending LLU this summer so that is why I am quite familiar with their prerequisites. They also require 1 communication class, stats, general psych, human developmental psych, anatomy/w lab, physio/w lab, an extra natural science class, and medical terminology which can be taken online if you choose. Hope this helps and goodluck.
