On May 17 I mistakenly sent in the forms for the 2019 ADEA FAP waiver and all of the documents they were requesting. It wasn't until June 3rd that I realized I sent in the 2019 waiver and not the correct 2020 Waiver forms and associated tax documents. I just received an email stating that I was denied FAP, however I think this was the case because they looked at the first documents I sent (on May 17) and not the new documents, which tracking information shows reached their offices yesterday on June 5th.

Is it possible for the ADEA to review my correct waiver and change the denied status to approved? I emailed them today explaining the situation, but I don't know how long it will take for them to see and respond to the email.

You only have 1 shot to submit it. From what I know decisions are final ( was denied but I am eligible for assistance so I'm not sure what happened here) . If you submit the wrong forms, you're screwed.
