I shadowed a surgeon and 2 oncologists.

Remove U Chicago which is a reach. Schools scuch as Georgetown, St. Louis and Loyola are looking for applicants with many more hours of clinical exposure and non clinical volunteering than you have. You could add these schools:
Vermont
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Oakland Beaumont

Use MSAR and include schools that have a 124 cars as the 10 percentile for accepted students. Look for schools that have a 126 cars as their 10th percentile and consider not applying there.

Yeah, I’d still shoot my shot at schools where a 125 is 10th percentile, chances are there a few 124 scores in the class near the tail end of the distribution

Wake Forest would be fine.

Do you look at matriculated or accepted students?

Both but If matriculated stats show a 10th percentile of 125 and a accepted of 126, I’d still be cautious
