What did you do for 200 hours of non-clinical volunteering? I would suggest continuing to build this up; with your metrics, you should have 250 hours minimum of service orientation activities (food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation) to keep pace with other applicants in high-metrics pools. Mission fit is going to be very important because you could pick where you would want to go otherwise.
I don't know about Hofstra, Iowa, Az-Phoenix, Cincinnati, and Rochester without knowing your mission fit. I think you could get yield protected from them. I need more obvious insight into social justice/advocacy for Northwestern, Chicago, Einstein, and Sinai.
You don't need to build on 800 hours of tutoring.
