Honestly, it depends on where you apply. If you are trying to get into some of the top DPT programs in the country or your state, then YES, retake it.

I would finish up your pre-reqs then take it again if you still have time.

I think that you are okay with it. I got B's on some of my pre-reqs and I got in with a lower GPA than that. You have a solid pre-req GPA and a solide overall I think you will be fine. As long as you have plenty of observation hours and a decent GRE I wouldn't retake it.

You definitely have a chance. Everything else looks good. Some schools require a B, not a B-. Why did you get a B-? Clearly you're capable of doing well in science classes. What happened? I ask because schools might ask about this grade during an interview.

If you don't have time, don't retake it. If you do, retake it, and get an A. I got a B the first time, retook it, and got an A without much effort.

I had a C+ in anatomy and I got accepted to Duke this year. It just depends. Your overall prereq GPA is good. I think some schools like seeing that you've taken a broader range of courses instead of retaking all your prereqs for a 4.0 (at least what a few schools told me anyway)
