Does anybody recommend how to perform a demographics study for finding a place to practice. I am a ortho resident, anybody know how many dentists per orthodontist the companies recommend, or the number of people per orthodontist

My friend used them for finding a new location. They went step by step with him from finding a zip code (from out like 100) with the best dentist😛op ratio and good income, then they helped him find office space for lease and they did a really good demographics analysis on that location that actually told him how much he would be able to make! It was nice. He said it wasn't cheap but totally worth it because knowing the demographics for his office he was able to do really good marketing. I read the sample report they have on their website it's pretty crazy how detailed it was !
