Dental app transcripts required

When looking through my dental app, it says transcripts required. However both my transcripts have been sent and it tells me that the dates received were both recent. One being 6/22 and the other being 7/16. Am I missing something or should I just send them over a call? Thanks

I believe you must submit a completed app to at least 1 school before the transcripts eventually change to received and eventually verified. If you submitted your application already and it was greater than 6+ weeks ago, then consider reaching out to them. The apps take extremely long to review due to sheer volume of applicants and now with covid, I assume their processivity would decline as well.
