I am applying for dental school and I have some questions.

1. I took some English as a second language class to improve my English skill while is was in high school. I didnt do well in those class and end up with not a good grade. For the dental application, Do I need to enter them also? If so, will those classes affect my GPA?

2. I am considering to retake my DAT. Is Augs too late?

1. Were they dual enrollment or taken at a community college/4 year school? If they were you need to report them.

2. August is pretty late unless you knock it out of the park

You don’t use high school transcripts to apply to dental school.

Better late than never.

If it were in a community college, do address them. Retaking your DAT in August should be fine. I retook mine in October and still got into 4 schools pre-december and one in post-december.

You do not include any high school classes you take unless it is AP or if you were enrolled in a community college of some sorts. If you do then you must include it during your submission. Aug is a bit late for the DAT but it's better than nothing 🙂
