It has always struck me as very wrong that Medicaid doesn't cover dental care for adults. You can't buy Dental Insurance by itself on the Marketplace either if you have no or poor coverage through your job.

I am surprised this isn't more of a campaign issue too, even in my blue state.

I admit, this was the one rather logical non-partisan argument that I had against the ACA/Obamacare. The lack of explicit coverage for dental/vision in the Marketplace was a flaw.
