Dental Charts for Powerpoint Presentation

Hi all. At my hospital I have to frequently make case presentations in Power Point, and for the most part I need to include a dental chart to show clinical findings, probing data, etc... I was wondering what do you guys use to make these charts? I've seen my colleagues use a program on an ipad that makes nice-looking charts but I only have an android tablet and a windows pc.
