dental experience?

I have worked as an ortho assistant with several orthodontists (including my uncle+cousin) over the past three summers (bout 1500hrs). I also shadowed a general dentist for a day and a pediatric dentist for a day (bout 7hrs each). Is this enough dental experience or do I need more hours shadowing a general dentist?

You definitely have enough!!!! You hve more hours than probably 95% of all applicants. Most shadow around 100 hours or less if at all.
