I am a D1 and was wondering if there are any significant advantages to joining a dental frat. There are obviously the parties and a parking spot, but is there any other big advantage? What about after school when you are part of a practice or own your own?

You should start your own frat called alpha delta alpha...aka the "ada"

Absolutely - worth every dollar. Only good things result.

Dental frats can be social or can be professional. Either way, you'll be able to get EC and some advice from fellow students and faculty members that support the frats. Great resume building and fun things to do. I joined both at my school and have only good memories. I'm still a d-student so I'll let you know when I match if it helped out for residencies.

Stupid dyslexia of mine! Well, I guess my frat is the only one with the cool acronym.
Are you in the dyslexic or cool frat? Or neither?
