Texas A & M University Health Science Center's Baylor College of Dentistry offers a one year residency in dental public health. You must have a DDS, DMD or BDS, and a MPH degree to apply. There's still time left even though the ADEA website for online applying has closed. See the program details at this URL:
http://www5.adea.org/eps/SearchDetailResults.asp?ProgNum=DPH1001 The requirement for citizenship or permanent residency might be waived if you already have a student F1 visa. E-mail the program and ask.
