I have everything ready for app except for lor. My committee said they will have everything by 18th of june. Will ds still review my app? Or should I just use intercome thingy?

Dude, you're fine, calm down, lol. As long as the app is in June-July, it's "early." To help speed things up, I'd print out the match form when aadsas opens up and give the slip to the committee clerk, so they can attach it and mail it in directly. If it's done on the 18th, it should be in by the 23-24th. Despite their warnings, I found that everything went much faster for my app than predicted. My app was sent on June 29th, and the GPA was calculated mid-July, with my apps being sent out by the 15th. Schools didn't even start getting back to me for interviews until mid-August to early Sep.

it needs to be processed first before schools receives it. EVEn if they receive it they wont start sorting it out til a certain date (depends on school).

I think you'll be fine if your committee gets it in by June 18th. The one aspect of the application that takes a very long time (imo) is the transcripts. Make sure you get those in early because those need to be verified. If I'm not mistaken, the LORs don't need to be verified, but simply uploaded. As long as your transcripts have been verified by June 18th (essentially you'd print out the transcript matching form on June 3rd, itself, get it to your registrar, and do high priority to get it to AADSAS, and they'll take a couple of weeks to process that). They send out the first batch of applications to the dental schools during the last week of June, so you'll be fine. Good luck and PM me if you have any more questions 🙂
