Sorry! I have another question guys:

So for the first year and half at my university, they listed sciences and their labs on our transcripts as separate classes. However, now for my more recent semesters, the lab section is no longer a separate course, and just assumed to be taken with the corresponding science. For example, for Physics, Physics I and Physics I Lab are not listed separately; rather, they are both under Physics I. When I enter the information manually for the transcripts portion of the application, do I still need to specify that I did indeed take the necessary lab? Or is it assumed?

Usually classes without labs are 3 semester credit hours with the lab being taken separately for 1 semester credit hour. If they're bundled together, they're usually 4 semester credit hours. If the course is only worth 3 hours WITH the lab, then I would talk to the school because most require 4 hours (3 lecture + 1 lab) so you may either need to take additional coursework or send each school you apply to the course description indicating the lab and lecture together are only worth 3 hours.
