I am going to apply to dental school in this summer , after my junior year. If I get reject because my GPA not high enough, can I re-apply affter senior year with higher GPA? or I have to take the master degree to help my GPA.

My GPA is around 3.0 and it will go up around 3.1 after my fall semester.

You can re-apply after your senior year. Consider raising your GPA higher than 3.1 though. That might take longer. Like @Likkriue said, study hard for the DAT.
