can i check the status on AADSAS in "School Decisions"?

Not every school updates the AADSAS school decisions page. Two that come to mind from my own experience are UPenn and UMich.

In any case, I believe schools make contact with you via another route (e.g. email or post or phone call) if they invite you for an interview.

but what about the ones that DO use AADSAS, do i go on "School Decisions"; that's all I'm askig.

If a school invites you for an interview it will say "invited for interview" and that will be under school decisions. Most schools contact you through email (or phone or regular mail) before the decision is updated on AADSAS.
