Do you think that dental school has preference to U.S citizens over non citizens for example resident aliens.

I would think only state schools do, Private schools don't really care.

State schools don't care either!!! As long as you are a "RESIDENT ALIEN", you have the full rights of applying to dental schools as citizens of United States!!! Offices of Admissions will classify you as a "regular" applicant, not a foreign applicant or any other titles!
